Fees & options of hours
Emily Foord Kindergarten is a not-for-profit organisation where the educational experience comes first. Our program includes excursions and visitors to the centre. As a community kindergarten, we partake in community-based fundraising.
The Centre will close for school holiday periods and Public Holidays.
Emily Foord Kindergarten has opted not to use after hours care at this stage, to keep fees low and for the invaluable teacher-parent contact at both drop off and pick up.
2 Longer days
Mon & Tues: 8.30am-4pm
Term fee (2024): This 15-hour kindy program is fully-funded by the Qld Government’s Free Kindy program. Fees do not apply for eligible children.
Enrolment + Membership fee: $10 per family membership fee and $100 enrolment fee for first child ($50 for second child enrolled in same year).

3 Shorter days
Wed-Fri: 8.30am-2.30pm
Term fee (2024): This 18-hour kindy program exceeds the 15-hours funded by the Qld Government’s Free Kindy program. Fees do not apply for eligible children for the first 15 hours of the program. An “additional hours” levy of $200 per child per term will apply to cover the unfunded hours of the program.
Enrolment + Membership fee: $10 per family membership fee and $100 enrolment fee for first child ($50 for second child enrolled in same year).
